My Infant feeding workshop is for all expectant mums and their partner. It is designed to help you understand feeding choices, explore your options, talk through the myths and challenges and prepare for your very own confident feeding journey.
When it comes to feeding your baby, everyone has an opinion or some advice, it is a very emotive subject for many. My perinatal services, including this workshop, help expectant parents prepare for their confident feeding journey.
The Bingham Antenatal Infant Feeding Workshop is run in a relaxed, private and personal atmosphere in a 1:1 setting for just you and your partner. It is a powerful educational workshop that allows you to be prepared for your feeding journey.
My unique Infant Feeding Workshop combines the best of breastfeeding education, responsive bottle feeding knowledge and peer support. You will be able to explore different breastfeeding positions, the latch, hand and pump expressing, mixed feeding, sterilising equipment and paced bottle feeding to name a few. We will explore how different things work with our own hormones and body and how different approaches may affect your baby, too.
